Background
TikTok Creator Marketplace is the official platform for brands and TikTok creators building cooperation relationship. Our team focuses on creating better user experience and helping them improve the rate of successful cooperation and completed deals.

Key Findings:
Users struggle with...
The only way for advertisers to reach out to TikTok creators is “Direct message”, advertisers waste a lot of time waiting for the reply from TikTok creators.
The advertisers don’t know if the creators are interested in working together with them, even they sent the direct message to the creators.
TikTok creators can’t reach out to advertisers directly and have to wait for the message from advertisers first.
TikTok creators can’t decide which brand to work together with.
Users want to...
Able to share and upload more information about their products and campaign. Improve the exposure of their campaign post to reaching out more creators and receive creator’s reply in a short time.
Able to choose the campaign by creators themselves, not just waiting for the direct invitation from advertisers.

Ideation:
What if TikTok Creator Marketplace can offer advertisers another way to send the invitations and creators can accept the invitations on their own choice just like the picking missions on the public mission board? The new key feature would be the “open campaign” that let advertisers publish their campaign in the platform like an open post, meanwhile all the creators could browse these “posts” and select their interested campaign to collaborate.

Usability Testing:
Before creating High fidelity mockups, I did a testing round in order to reveal possible usability problems. With this round of usability tests, my goal was to assess the basic functionality of the app, and if users were able to accomplish their tasks

How easy the new campagin creating process is?
What do you see as the primary function of the Opportunities feature in creator console?
What do you like about the current user flow in creator console?
What improvements could be make to make the Opportunities feature better?
Key Insights:
Advertisers want to be able to quickly switch between different sections in the campaign creation page
Creators want to be shown more information on the first screen of Opportunities in creator console
